Matadoo Cloud is the Odoo hosting platform operated by Unitek Solusi ("Unitek", "we"), providing dedicated Odoo ERP instances to business clients ("you", "your organization").
What we host
Each client's Odoo instance runs on its own isolated database — your business data (accounting records, inventory, customer and employee information, and anything else you enter into your Odoo instance) is never shared with, or accessible to, any other Matadoo Cloud client.
Who can access your data
- Your organization's own authorized Odoo users, via the login credentials you manage
- Unitek support and engineering staff, only as needed to provide hosting, maintenance, and support services under your service agreement with Unitek — not for any other purpose
Where your data is hosted
Matadoo Cloud runs on DigitalOcean infrastructure. DigitalOcean does not have access to the contents of your Odoo database — we only use it to host the underlying server.
Backups
We take daily backups of your Odoo instance, retained on a rolling 7-day basis. Backups are used solely for disaster recovery and are not accessed for any other purpose.
Data retention after service ends
If your hosting agreement with Unitek ends, your live Odoo instance is deprovisioned per the terms of your service agreement. Backup copies roll off automatically within the standard 7-day backup window.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or share your business data with third parties. We do not use your business data for advertising, analytics products, or any purpose outside of providing and supporting your Odoo hosting.
Your responsibilities
As the data controller for your own Odoo instance, you're responsible for the data your organization enters into it, and for complying with applicable data protection laws (including Indonesia's UU PDP) with respect to your own customers, employees, and other data subjects. Unitek acts as your data processor for hosting purposes.
