Business Application Consultant
OpenHelp clients analyse business processes, design Odoo solutions, and ensure successful implementation. The bridge between business needs and technical system capabilities.
What We Look For
- Understanding of operational business processes (accounting, supply chain, or manufacturing)
- Experience with ERP systems or other business software (a plus)
- Strong communication skills — able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Enjoys learning new things and is not afraid of challenges
- 2–5 years of experience in a relevant field
What You Will Do
- Analyse client requirements across diverse industries
- Configure and implement Odoo modules
- Train end users at the client side
- Post go-live support and troubleshooting
- Contribute to documentation and the knowledge base
Software Engineer (Odoo / Python)
OpenDevelop custom Odoo modules, API integrations, and other technical solutions. You work directly on the Odoo codebase and our product platforms.
What We Look For
- Solid Python skills
- Basic web understanding (HTML, JS, REST API)
- Odoo experience is a major plus — but we are ready to teach
- Able to read and understand other people's code
- A strong desire to learn and grow
What You Will Do
- Develop custom Odoo modules for clients
- Build integrations between Odoo and external systems
- Contribute to internal products (Matadoo Poultry, Assistant, etc.)
- Code review and collaboration with the engineering team
- Maintain and upgrade running systems
Accounting System Consultant
OpenHelp clients implement Odoo accounting modules and deliver the Matadoo Accounting service — monthly bookkeeping and CFO review.
What We Look For
- Accounting background (Diploma/Bachelor in Accounting)
- Understanding of the accounting cycle and financial statements
- Familiar with any accounting software
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Good client communication skills
What You Will Do
- Configure Odoo accounting modules for clients
- Monthly bookkeeping for Matadoo Accounting clients
- Preparation of monthly financial statements
- Report review sessions with clients
- Help clients understand their financial data
